| Knowledge-base documents | Until deleted by the customer or the chatbot is removed |
| Demo assistants created from the website trial | Deleted automatically after 7 days |
| Account data (email, company, settings) | Life of the account; account closure and deletion on request at support@chatifier.ai |
| Billing and usage records | Minimum 6 years (tax and accounting obligations) |
